FJ PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (M) SDN BHD (FJPMSB)  was incorporated in February 2021 and comprises a team of capable, well-trained and experienced personnel with extensive experience in the property management industry.

The company is CERTIFIED and REGISTERED with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Management (BOVAEP) bearing the registration no. PM(1)0080, which is a requirement by Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Act 1982 (Act 242).

Under this Act, all registered property management practitioners will be recognised as professionals and will be regulated by the BOVEAP as part of efforts to reduce the likelihood of mismanagement and malpractice. Such governance is designed to lead for the wellbeing of the nation and to inspire potential investors. The practice of Property Management will be strictly based on the Malaysian Property Management Standards.

The company also registered with CIDB as a qualified Facility Manager.
